South Florida Pay Rate

Are there any nurses on here in South Florida who can list examples of the best paying hospitals (for RNs) in that area? I plan on relocating.

I worked for 4+ years as an RN for the same facility, my new grad rate was 20$ hr (with a shift diff of 5% 7p-11 and 11p-7a of 20% which guaranteed night shift could not afford to leave or take vacation) when I left 2 years ago to take a job in MI I was at a base of 20.80$ I have since increased my pay by 50% and have a lower cost of living, better schools for my children and I can actually think beyond completing my BSN and moving on to NP or even a PA program in the future.

Thank you.

Last I heard at my hospital in SWFL, the going starting rate was 24/hr. $3/hr shift diff, plus extra for the weekend. And, since it's "season" here, nurses who pick up overtime shifts get a bonus $6/hr for those shifts.
