I believe with BI, you still have to take the NLN....it doesn't matter that u have a degree already. Not sure about LIU.

i graduated from devry 4 years ago with a bach of engineering in electronics engineering tech...no, I don't think your chances are increased because you will have an associated degree...I also believe that LIU is not difficult to get into (FYI: I just got accepted into LIU, but it's my back up school)...some of the info you are seeking can be found either by going on their website or calling admissions...LIU is having an information session on Sunday April 23 11a-2p ...you should go and speak to faculty members, i plan on going

I am in a dilema, I am currently attending DEVRY online courses in Health Information Technology. I will graduated in september with an associate degree. My dilema is concerning my dream of becoming a nurse. I wanted to attend LIU or Beth isreal nursing program. Will having an associate help my chances of acceptance.

Do I still need to take an entrance exam if I have my associate degree?

Your associate degree might help you to improve your reading and writing skills....but the chances.....

Don't forget...it is very competitive....I have seen people with a Master Degree applying for the LPN Program....sometimes, there are 500 people applying for that 50 seats....
