Sharp New grad RN program 2021

Hello 

I wanted to start this tread for Clinical Nurse - RN, Sharp HealthCare Nurse Residency Program (New Grad Program)-110929 at Sharp Healthcare application starting in the fall 2021.  

 

I applied last week, hoping to hear back soon. My application status just says under consideration.

    & then it began to list 2 tele floors, and one ED position. I applied with my RN license already as well as tele as my first choice

    Oh interesting. I did not apply for the tele position so I guess that’s why I didn’t receive that email.

    They are preparing for the next surg and predict the nurses are going to go out of ratio. Extenders are basically CNAs with an RN license, you do CNA work and sometimes pass meds
