SFSU FALL 2019 BSN

Hi, I applied too! Here are my stats:
Prereq GPA: All As and one B (in physio)
TEAS: 92
400+ hours of multicultural experience
140 hours of healthcare experience in a skilled nursing facility
I also have a CNA license.

Has anyone heard anything from the school of nursing? I know the application closed a few days ago and I've yet to get a confirmation email from them.

200 hours of volunteering (combined) at 2 different hospitals (SFGH and UCSF)

800+ hours of working as a CNA in a skilled nursing facility and rehab center

I currently a Certified Nursing Assistant

I am bilingual, proficient in Tagalog and English

No multicultural work/volunteer

My TEAS score isn't as competitive as I want it to be but hopefully my other assets would make up for it!

I actually retook my TEAS and now my score is an 87.3!

Hello milkteas! I was actually following your thread on the SP 2018 SFSU one. And yeah, I haven’t gotten any emails or any confirmation whatsoever from them.

My stats are:

4.0 GPA, anatomy in progress

90.7 TEAS

200+ hours clinical volunteering, 4+ months working in a care home, no multicultural experience

I'm also a CNA

I speak French, Tagalog, and English and am learning ASL

I've only received one email saying they didn't get my TEAS score, but they resolved that quickly.

I'm pretty sure we'll start hearing about interview dates and such around March because the Spring applicants started hearing about theirs two or so months after their due date.

How did you all receive the interview confirmation? Was it an email?

I spoke to a rep this morning and they said that we won’t be hearing back until late march or early april.
