Hi Mohammad,
You may find the best answer to your question in the international forum...there are many threads there about how to move to the US.

Welcome to Allnurses.com:balloons:
Please check out the Primer located at the top of this forum for information that you need to have. Nevada also requires a credentials eval done by CGFNS, called the CES. This is also required for any grad school to get your MSN. Suggest that you start with that. Nevada will not look at your application without that being done first.

basically you need to apply to the board of nursing (BON) in the state you want to work, complete all requirements for foreign trained nurse. You also need to do CES (evaluation of nursing transcripts) with CGFNS website already given, would suggest going for full course. Once you are given the OK to sit NCLEX by the BON, which can take several months) you join pearsonvue and arrange to sit the exam. Once you have passed NCLEX you then need vsc which again you can find in the CGFNS website and pass english exam, and arrange for the results to be sent for vsc, usually small fee involved and you can not send the results must come from BON and english exam board.
Once you have passed NCLEX you need to find an employer who will start the immigration process off. Be prepared to wait 12 months + as retrogression is in progress and currently no visas. It is a long process and would suggest a good read in this forum especially the threads on retrogression and Primer to working in the US
Hope this helps
