I went on a job interview yesterday and was supposed to hear back today about whether I was going to be hired or not. I spoke with HR earlier and he said the nurse manager had narrowed it down to two of us and we were going to interview with the administrator. I know what to expect when interviewing with a nurse manager and obviously I "wowed" her, but any ideas what the administrator might ask? Any suggestions on how to beat out the other candidate? Has anyone else ever been in a similar situation?
Thanks!

LTC? ALF? What position you aiming for?
Oops - should have been more specific. LTC unit manager position. I'm the 11-7 supervisor right now in a sister facility.
