Oct 7, 20214 yr Hey! I haven't seen a post for second entry applicants for Fall 2022. What has everyone applied for? I applied to: 1) UofT 2) Western 3) Nippising SPP 4) Trent 5) Brock - 4 year
Dec 19, 20214 yr Hi everyone, nice to meet you all! I've just submitted my applications to UofT, Western, Mac, and Trent! I'm graduating this semester but I'm missing the human physiology 2 requirement so I'm still trying to figure out which online courses are accepted at these schools, so if anyone has any info on that it would be greatly appreciated!! Good luck to everyone and happy holidays!

Good luck to everyone and happy holidays! Each university has a list of courses they accept. I know Mac has a detailed one, you just have to find it on the nursing admissions page somewhere. For UofT, they have an online physiology 2 course you can take too! I think it's through the continuing studies program. Again, just browse the nursing websites and you should be able to find it! I was able to find it last year when I was applying ? Just be aware that one course may count towards one school but is not considered acceptable to another...so can be a bit tricky!
Dec 31, 20214 yr Hi Guys! For those that have done the CASPer test, how was it? any tips? I haven't done it yet and I'm feeling pretty anxious about it. I know it is offered again in Jan, Feb and March, any thoughts on when its a good time to do it?
Jan 1, 20224 yr Hey!! I am currently studying at the University of Ottawa. I have applied to UofT, Nippising, Humber, and Mac. I am doing my CASPer this month, so if anyone has any tips let me know! ? Also, does anyone know if any programs require "snapshot?" (the 10 min one-way interview).

I wrote the Casper Test last year and tbh it is hard to type everything you want to say within the time limit. If you don't get to answer all the questions don't worry about it and don't let it get in the way of answering other questions. In your responses try to remain very impartial and do your best to mention that you would listen to the person/both parties before coming to a decision. ALL in all try your best, don't worry or stress too much about it and studying for it as this is not a super heavily weight component for getting into nursing programs. Hiii congrats can you please email me at [email protected], im currently in the process of applying to uoft and mcmaster and would really really appreciate if you can pleasee answer some questions about the application, im feeling really stressed out! Thank youu
Jan 9, 20224 yr Hi guys!! I still don't have access to the supplementary application for uoft. They are still processing my OUAC application. Can anyone who applied to uoft please please copy past the questions on here, I would love to get working on them now better than later. I would really appreciate it ?
Jan 10, 20224 yr Author Hi guys just an FYI to constantly check your emails. I just received an email this morning from someone in admissions saying my physiology credits were not approved by the UofT nursing program and said they were not listed on the pre-approved equivalency list when they are listed on that current list. I have been trying to get in touch with someone all day with no luck but as of right now they told me my application would not be considered further. Has anyone else had this issue? I’m thinking this has to be an error because I sent them a screenshot of the pre-approved list that is up to date and I am still waiting for a reply?

I’m thinking this has to be an error because I sent them a screenshot of the pre-approved list that is up to date and I am still waiting for a reply? Hey!! I hope it is just a mistake but the only issue I could think of is if the course content changed from previous years? I go to uOttawa and in the equivalency list, 3 out of the 4 anatomy courses listed are not even offered at my school anymore. Same with a couple of the statistics courses. I think it is a problem on my schools end for changing course codes and stuff. I haven't had that issue yet. But, for uOttawa three Human Anatomy and Physiology courses cover all of the systems UofT wanted. So I emailed them before the break (December 18th) and asked about it since there are only two slots in the application and asked them to review my statistics course since it was not listed. [Note: But I saw a Youtube video where the girl was from uOttawa and she took all three ANP courses and they were approved, and were not listed on the equivalency list.. so here is hoping I am okay LOL; if anyone else has taken courses not listed let me know!!] But, he emailed me back on Jan 4th saying he would send the syllabus from my stats course to the admissions committee but he said they are busy and it could take some time. He emailed me yesterday telling me it has been approved. I emailed [email protected] btw. ?
Jan 11, 20224 yr This might be a dumb question but for u of t, does anyone know if criminology would be accepted for the social science prereq? Just asking because it is not listed in the examples. I also have sociology I just did worse in it LOL.
