Scrubshopper

Published

I don't know if anyone has dealt with scrubshopper.com before, but I ordered from them simply because their prices were competitive and they had an easy checkout (paypal, google, etc). However, I ordered some dickies scrubs, and my order total qualified for the "free fed ex ground shipping". Well, I ordered them last week (5/23/08), got a conformation email that my payment had been processed and haven't heard anything from them. Well I emailed this past Friday inquiring about my order and never got anything back (called a few times and had a busy line), emailed again today 6/3/08, and finally got a reply. No apology for the delay, the email simply stated that dickies scrubs take longer than others, and will ship probably next week.

Next week will be two weeks after placing my order. Just wanted everyone to know that on the website there is nothing that says dickies scrubs will take this long, and the email was very unprofessional (they didn't use any periods just three sentences saying it would take longer...thanks) DO NOT ORDER SCRUBS FROM SCRUBSHOPPER.COM. Well at least dickies scrubs if you want them in a timely fashion.

Please if anyone disagrees let me know and i will CONSIDER using them again. Anyone know where to get scrubs quickly, well at least faster than 2-3 weeks. If not I'll just support my local businesses and pay a little more.

Thanks!:banghead:

I just wanted to follow up with this thread and post my own issues with them so any newbies don't bother!

I ordered several sets of Cherokee scrubs awhile back because like OP said, the prices were good. I didn't bother to read any fine print because frankly I didn't think it was necessary (duh). The scrubs were slow in arriving, but also didn't fit me the way I liked so I wanted to return them. I then found out they charge a FIFTEEN PERCENT restocking fee for returns!!!

The email I received when I requested an RMA was horrible with incorrect grammar, intermittent punctuation and poor spelling. I did FINALLY get my refund, but like I said, with a deduction of that 15% restocking fee.

Personally I have NEVER come across a clothing site with a restocking fee. Electronics and the like, yes.. but clothing? Give me a break. I'm never shopping there again. Grrr.

I also had a HORRIBLE experience with scrubshopper. After 4 shipments I still did not get the right order! I finally just kept it and will have to have the pants altered. Customer service is awful when you can get a hold of them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

I've never had a problem with scrubshopper, they are my favorite online source for scrubs.

But I buy from them knowing that shipping takes longer because it's shipped directly from the manufacturer. I also don't buy 'mystery scrubs'. I buy the brands and sizes I know from experience.

I'll take slow shipping to get my prefered brand of scrubs at half the price others charge.

Omg!!! It's nice to know i'm not the only one!

Anyone out there considering ordering from scrubshopper.com..... Don't!!! It's not worth the few dollars you're going to save.

I've used scrubshopper before. Okay results; I order dickies and it was really slow. Landau was much quicker. I resently used crestviewscrubs.com. I had to return a landau top, great customer service, great prices, especially with a promo code. The owner called me to thank me for my order and ask me about my returned item. Really nice people. I will probably continue to use them.

Yikes. Thanks for the tip.

FWIW, I ordered from uniformadvantage.com on July 31, and my shipment arrived today with their cheapest shipping option. I was surprised at how quickly it came. I got their brand of scrubs (the "Butter Soft" line), so it wasn't too expensive ($8ish-$15ish per item) -- and they really do feel soft! We'll see how durable they are...

I buy Urbane from scrubshooper.com and have never had any problems! My orders arrive quick!

I was also surprised how fast my first order from Uniform Advantage arrived. I ordered Butter Soft scrubs, have been using them for about a month, and am satisfied with how well they wear. I only wish that the pants had deeper pockets. Things have fallen on the floor from the shallow pockets, so I avoid using the pockets on the pants.

Ordered a week ago, Koi and Dickies scrubshopper web site still has them not packed, Lydia's was the next day! Wish Lydia's carried more mens stuff : /

I had some issues wiht them also. Some of my items were back ordered and they waited to send the rest of my order, which would have been fine, but I was never notified and waited almost 2 weeks before I emailed them. I ended up getting a refund, which was very quick and things were taken care of very quickly after that. I was still very disappointed and probably will not do business with them again.

Thanks for the heads up!
