I got my SCC acceptance email for Spring 2021 semester but will be declining my seat since I got accepted into Fall 2020 at Sierra!
Hoping my seat will be taken by someone else who want to go to SCC.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to say keep pushing. This is a hard time when we don't get in its like gut wrenching. But KEEP PUSHING! It will happen. Keep believing and researching schools. Do all that you can...I am praying for all of you!

This is my second year applying to sac city and I got my acceptance notification to Spring 2021, yesterday. Good luck to everyone, hope everything works out well.

I was sadly not accepted into the nursing program at SSC for this fall. It was only my first time applying so now I'm holding on to hope that I will get in at ARC. CONGRATS to everyone who got in!

Just out of curiosity for those who were not accepted and those who were, how many time have you applied now? And if more than 1x, how many different schools?

I'm trying to decide if I should try and apply to private schools even though it's more money than I really have to spend. Thanks!

It's my first time applying and I applied at 6 different schools with Modesto being the furthest away. (I'm in Sacramento). I've only heard back from SCC and one other and everyone else is on hold. I also debated on the private school route, but I am really trying to stay away just because of the cost. I'm thinking about branching out a bit further and just commute (maximum 2 hours one way), but I'm not positive yet. I'm still trying to decide if I should go private and be in debt or just sacrifice some time for the next 2 years commuting, but be in a better position financially. Did you apply anywhere else?
