IDK if this helps! But in the acceptance email for CEP, it states we need to let them know if we accept or deny their offer by Wednesday at 1pm. If we are to deny it then we are put back into the ADN pool so that they have a concrete list. IDK though it’s just a thought? I probably didn’t make things better for you all LOL sorry

Thank you that might be what they’re waiting for ? we didn’t get anything today it’s pretty frustrating but I guess we will just have to wait

I wouldn't give up yet. What if they need to offer more acceptances due to people not wanting their spots. You could get another email saying nevermind your accepted if some people get in and don't want their spot.

 

I'm planning on rejecting it if I get in, which I'm 99% sure I will get in. I already accepted CSUSB's BSN program offer. Some people may be in the same boat as me so there's still some hope. 

So exciting! Congratulations! Do you mind if I ask your stats for CSUSB? Also, do you speak a 2nd language and are local?

Maybe, but I think it’s kind of unfair because in big letters on their website it literally states we all would be informed BY MAY 17TH!

I know I even checked to see if they updated it but they haven’t. I agree with you

GPA: 4.0 for science and cumulative. TEAS: 87.3%. Local and not bilingual.

I declined my spot the other day and she thanked me for a quick response so she could offer my spot to someone else for the CEP ADN-BSN. 

They tend to not meet deadlines ? and not answer emails or phone calls. I was actually surprised to see they even gave a date of notification.

For clarification and If you don’t mind May you please kindly share your choice of option for the CEP program? 

-May you please explain a bit more the part where you state “ We are put back into the ADN pool.” Does this mean that as a CEP applicant if you deny the offer than you are automatically accepted into the ADN program, officially?

-Or does it mean you are waiting to receive an update by 05/17 for the ADN program?

In the email it said it doesn’t mean our spot is guarantee. We would still have to re-compete with all the ADNs who applied and can get denied. I got accepted to the CEP and I accepted it. But to answer your question no we don’t get priority over anyone who applied. It’s because some people could say they don’t want the CEP anymore and only ADN. 
We have until May 18th to let them know if we accept or decline. IDK why they didn’t send a update for ADN it says on the website May 17th. The only reason why they told the CEP so soon was because CSUSB needed to know asap…

I am accepted!! Got my letter today!! I did have to email them to find out though so send an email asking for the status of your application!! @SushiMay22
