my SAUNDERS CD

PLS!HELP ME MY SAUNDER'S CD DOESNT PLAY ON MY LAPTOP IT SAYS WHEN I CLICK THE SHORTCUT OF SAUNDER'S ON MY DESKTOP IS

AND ANOTHER BOX COMES OUT AGAIN AND SAYS:

PLS INSERT YOUR CD-ROM INTO YOUR CD-ROM WITH THE HIGHEST ALPHABETICAL LETTER!

With Vista, that does not always work. But if one goes in as the Administrator, then they can usually get it to load properly.

Oh, Vista. My husband just removed that from his laptop and reinstalled XP. And he's a sysadmin!

good day miss suzanne... with regards to my CD saunders... even i ran d cd as Administrator but still it didn't work... the same message appears.i even let it check one of the computer services and they did not find any solution. how come when i tried to run on our desktop (XP) it did not work but when i tryto install the software on my friends computer it work well on her computer??? thank you and more power.

me too am having the same problem with my saunders qa reviewer cd, it tells me to insert the cd in the highest alphabetical cd rom drive. i am using a laptop so i only have one cd rom drive. i didn't have any problems with the saunders comprehensive reviewer cd though, maybe it's because it's the most recent edition and the software developers somehow made it adaptable to vista already?
