I just got hired as a registered practical nurse in LTC. With no working experience as a new grad. The DOC offered to pay me 21 dollars an hour. I also have to relocate because it is 5 hours away from where I live. is that a far salary or should i of asked for more?

Congratulations! (I think you mean Licensed Practical Nurse and DON offered you the job.)
Hard to tell if that is a fair salary without knowing the region.

In the US the government agency the Bureau of Labor Statistics publishes wage data on its website. Is there a Canadian equivalent? If you're unable to search this yourself, a post in the Canadian forum might get you better responses.
I live in Canada (Toronto). Registered Practical Nurse not LPN here
Ah. Then i can assure you I have absolutely no idea.

$21/hr for LPN in WI is a GREAT starting wage! That's more the average starting pay for an RN.
