rx of hamstring tear

this is not a homework question, i need to know if i received appropriate Rx, things are not going well.....can not sit down and it has been a week already.....not asking for any other feed back, just what would be down in YOUR ed,,....thanks

If I understand your question, you're asking what meds you should be prescribed when diagnosed with a torn hamstring? I've never dealt with this, but I would expect maybe an ace wrap, probably a scripts for an nsaid or muscle relaxer and appropriate follow up care with your pcp.

sorry, my error....should have been Tx for treament......specifically, is compression still the standard of care....thanks
