RNFA or CRNA?

Why do like being an rnfa or crna?

I LOVE OR.  LOVE it.   I'm trying to decide between CRNA or RNFA.   I am trying to plan out the track I want to follow for my nurse residency.  Can you tell me more about both CRNA and RNFA and help me decide?

Thanks!

You are putting the cart before the horse here. Both of these roles require experience before you can even consider them, OR for RNFA and ICU for CRNA. You need to investigate those two specialties first and decide which one suits you better.

Thanks for the input.  I'm not putting any cart before horses. Maybe my question wasn't written in the best way.  I'm looking for information on BOTH types of career paths so I can understand them better to assess which one is a better path for me right now.  The residency that I am looking at has you come in and select the learning track. One track is OR focused and one is ICU focused.  I would like to hear more about both professions before deciding the track.  I'd like to know why people like being RNFA's or CRNA's and what they like/dislike about their careers.

I just watched this interview with a CRNA on YouTube today. Very good information on the pathway and the career.
