Are there any RN programs offered that you get rite into the Nursing Program? I am niot wanting to wait. I am currently at Ivy Tech and last I heard its extremely hard to get into the RN program and Im not wanting to do the LPN bridge. Any Ideas?

Not sure where in IL you are, but at CLC (college of Lake County), you test in. Right now you would be testing in for the Fall 2009 semester.
I think most places, there is some sort of waiting. Do a google search, but you also want to make sure the school is Accredited. Good luck with your search.

What type of accreditation does the school need?? The school that I'm currently attending is ACICS - accrediting council for independent colleges and schools. I've been reading a lot of NLNAC lately. I'm taking the LPN and I'm planning on pursuing the RN program right after I graduate next sept.
Do you know by any chance of any other LPN bridge school-aside for CLC?? I currently live in Ohio, and I'm actually thinking of moving to Illinois. Is that far from downtown?
