How am I able to obtain Ceus on this site?

This is a site for communication between members on a variety of topics. they don't offer or sell ceus.

You can't obtain CEUs from this site. Try Googling "free nursing CEUs". There are many websites that offer free CEUs, unfortunately this is not one of them.
