RN-BSN

I am currently in the process of getting started with my RN-BSN program. None of the modules I did during my diploma (from the UK) transfered so therefore I have to do everything.

I am planning to do this online with WGU as they seem to be cheap and let you progress quickly if you want. The issue is I have to do A&P with a lab component, they send out all the materials including a pig fetus.

Does anyone have any advice how to deal with this? I have a pretty small apartment and Im not sure how much space I will need. I also have a pet, did anyone have any issues with that?

I am just wanting to find out what other people's experiences have been and any tips on how to get this component of the course done as quickly a possible.

Thanks

No advice, just wanted to say that my husband took that class and our then-5 year old named the pig "Porkford."

I did mine at home. I just set up an area with newspapers and cleaned it up afterward. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 kids. Just takes a little planning

I did mine at home too. If you can get a helper it's easier. The materials they send are not large and they send a lot of extra stuff (drapes, goggles, a cool plastic skelly)..
