I have an ADN. I want to get an MSN in nursing education. I have a bachelor's degree in another field, non-nursing. The MSN is a long-term goal. I see myself using it more in my 60's than in my 50's (I'm 53 now.) Would it be better to get a BSN and later get an MSN, or would it be better to enter a bridge program that goes from RN to MSN?
