You can list the questions here but please don't solicit members to email you. Thank you
I have received no discrimination, with my age or experience 45.75 years
I get recruited, I do not have to apply for jobs......

No age discrimination but size/weight was mentioned by an ignorant recruiter as in previous life I had been an athlete /performer .Size 9/at the time of comment. Other s have been the mention of what ethnicity did I belong too by head nurses/aka nurse managers, do not know if it was really malicious or reverse type.I ignored them all.

Not sure if you're still working on this, but if this is a major school project (i.e. dissertation level), perhaps you could ask a nursing organization to send out questionnaires for you. I know that several organizations have discounted 'retired nurse' membership options, so they may be able to send out a questionnaire to those members for you. When I was a member of the ANA, I vaguely recall getting occasional email surveys from nurses doing research on other nurses. I don't know if it would work, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.
The only other thing I could think to do is ask colleagues for references by word of mouth.
