Resume......help!!!!

Ok so I am a recent graduate from late July and I just passed my Nursing test in November and now I am making a resume...yes maybe a little late but I finally have time and I need help badly...I was never good at this. Does anyone have a site that I could use to help guide me through it. I don't have experience other than school and clinical. Please if anyone can help I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Thank you:icon_smile:

Do you have Microsoft office? They have a great wizzard...you just fill in the blanks..and it spits out a resume. If not..maybe just Google "resume templates"

Good luck!

I visited http://www.Google.com and proceeded to type the term "create resume" in the search engine space. Within a few seconds, search results for thousands of websites on creating one's own resume came back. Many resources exist on the internet regarding the creation of your own personal resume. I have personally used the formats found on the Career Builder website, with success. Good luck with piecing a resume together!

Microsoft office does have wonderful templates,...I used the program for mine. I also did the Google search to get my cover letter and thank you letter. You can find really good templates to guide you that way. The best advice I can offer you is to make a portfolio. It really knocks the socks off of your interviewer! I have a nice professional binder and little tabs to separate the sections for cover letter, resume, certificates, etc. After my first interview I had to call and thank my teacher. (She was the one who made us to the portfolio or she would not pass us!) And thank heavens she did, it's worth it! Good Luck with everything!
