requirement changes for british nurses?

Does anyone know how the requirments have changed in the US in the last ten years for british trained nurses...... i am waiting for my authority to test for nclex....I took it ten years ago and failed it... took a break for children and am now wanting to take it again..... they are reviewing my education as the requiremnets have changed since I last applied.... i am so worried does anyone have any idea?

Moved to International for more input.

I doubt you will have any problems as long as your transcripts have hours in all areas but requirements do change and can do nothing really until they make their assessment
