Relocation advice

Hey everyone! I'm entering my fourth semster of an ADN nursing program and will be done by December. I am looking to relocate, and I'm just wondering if anyone knows any areas that are new grad friendly (meaning I can get a job there) and take ADNs. I also would be super open to new grad residency programs if you know a certain hospital system in your area that has one. I currently live in Maryland and I'm just looking for a change of scenery. So far I've been looking at Texas, Florida, and Colorado but I'm open to any where. So if y'all have any tips or advice for me I'm all ears.

    We're desperate in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. They hire ADNs with the provision that you get BSN in X amount of time (it differs between organizations)

    I hear more rural areas are good for getting jobs as a new grad. I would avoid major cities on the east and west coast, esp those w/lots of universities-- more competition.

    Yeah I'm definitely looking for more of a small town or suburb, I'm not a city person. Thanks for the idea of looking for areas where there aren't a lot of universities for less competition. Good tip thanks!!!
