I am taking the nclex pn tomorrow and although I feel like I'm ready i am freaking out! I'm so afraid that tomorrow I will be so jittery that I won't be able to concentrate! Any tips?

Alcohol and BEnzo is a big NO!NO!.Just try a non pharma management like deep breathing,be positive, think of a possible good things that might happen tomorrow.Have good and peaceful sleep and pray.:)Best of luck to you!:)

Living in SoCal and it being Nov is nice in that we are still wearing flip-flops. I just kicked off the flip-flops and curled my toes in the rug and it calmed me down.
I passed my NCLEX and got an email from Scripps saying I have an interview :)

A little too late for you, (hope you figured something out and did well).....but for anyone else
But I took mine this morning and was so antsy all week about it. This morning I woke up with pleanty of time, and listened to a progressive relazation i have on my MP3 player. I have one by a man name Andrew Johnson. Think I DLed off amazon. Scotish accent if that is relaxing and not annoying to you. Recording is 40 or 45 minutes long....but I only listened to the first 15 minutes....progressive relaxing body and focusing on breathing....helped calm my nerves a lot.
Then a little bit of praying/conversing with God to just help me stay calm and do the best I could. Not everyones sort of thing, but if you pray, doing so helps.
Also yesterday, did no questions...no content(If I dont know it by now, I should have reschedualed)...just reviewed testing stratagies and key things to look for in questions. Then went and got a pedi and hydro massage. I hold stress and tension in my back, so i just adjusted the hydromassage bed to only go from my shoulders to lower back.

Just remember to breathe, take deep breaths, pray, think positive and think to yourself you will pass. Listen to music that relaxes you on your way there. Don't review any material day of test. I remember my hand shaking as i was getting my fingerprint and palm print at test center. I walked to my locker, took a breather and told myself you will pass just relax. I prayed to god to help me stay calm. I did that when i started to lose focus and really helped. I also had some dark chocolate don't know if that truly helped or if it was more of a comfort lol.
