recommendation letters

i don't know if i'm just worrying too much... my supervisor at volunteering offered to write me a recommendation letter. just worried whether it'll negatively affect my admission chances. it just feels like i'm not in control of what's written....

Why would it negatively affect you? If they didn't like you as a volunteer then they definitely wouldn't be writing you the recommendation letter. I see this as only a good thing.

Does your school even accept them? Mine doesn't. I highly doubt that someone is going to offer to write a bad letter on purpose. If you do need one, take it!

Why would they offer to write you a letter of recommendation if they didn't like you? I think you're overthinking this and worrying too much. Do you even need any letters of recommendation for anything right now? None of the schools I applied to wanted them.
