:uhoh3:I dont know what to think...I failed the first time with 265..now it gave me 75, a lot of priority, delegation, 5 select all that apply, i just think i failed..because how can it shut off so early? What are the high level questions...what is that, .... i just dont know...so confused and scared. But I am glad it ended soon ...and hoping for the best. Do most people pass or fail with 75?????:odoes anybody know ..???????

It is so hard to predict, many pass with 75 but also many fail with 75. All you can do I am afraid is wait for the results.
Good luck
it just sucks that you spend four years in college and it all depends on one test. I took Kaplan for two weeks and did all Q bank and all 7 test and nothing of what I studied was on the test. I dont even know what to think of the questions several drugs never heard of, no math, 5 select all that apply, and everything else is a big huge blurr. So sorry I am not usually a negative person but this sucks.

It seems that ALOT of people feel that way when they take the NCLEX. I felt the same way last week when i took it. I took the PN but i also got the same type of questions as you and had the awful feeling like I must have failed. I found out the next day throught the automated license look up that I passed. You just can't tell by the number of questions. Good luck!!

I failed with 265 also the first time and am due to test again on 10/10 and only wish i only get 75 questions b/c from judging by people who i know and have shut off at 75 almost always pass. So dont worry soon to be RN:) what did you do differently this time around? please share
Hi! Thank you for the positive words... I studied a lot of questions from ATI, Kaplan too but I particularly liked Hurst review...I also think Saunders comprehensive review was helpful to answer some of the questions. I also did the online review from MCSBN. I hope i passed this time but 75 is just such an odd number and having failed the exam once makes me think I failed it again. Good luck to you!!!:wink2:
well i know i did not get all the questions right so does this mean i failed because now i remember answering wrong on the SSRI's ///....do you have to answer all of the questions right to pass NCLEX

Hi
I'm new to the site but I'm just sitting here reading trying to make myself feel better. I just tested today and I had 78 questions and only 2 kinds of questions multiple choice and about 12 of the all that applies. I'm so nervous about this I have made myself sick.
