75 Questions pass or fail?

I took the NCLEX today and I only got 75 questions I noticed that most people on Allnurses that got 75 questions passed. IS it more likely that I passed or failed?

You might have passed! But some have failed too. So, it could be either way. Goodluck and stay positive

those were only numbers.....its either you pass or fail .goodluck be positive

Very hard to predict, Good luck

I took the NCLEX on Thursday. The machine shut off at 75 questions. I was sure I failed. The results came 48 hours to the minute that I finished the test.

I learned today that I PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most people think that just b/c you stop at 75 you passed. Well i took 75 and did not pass and i know a few other people from my school that took 75 and did not pass. However a know many that took 75 and Passed. So it's really no way to tell. One of my really close friends recently took 75 and thought she had bombed it completely, said she knew absolutely nothing but she passed. So anything is possible. Good luck to you. I hope you see those 4 fabulous letters PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!:nuke:

To tell you the truth, the amount of questions does not signify whether you passed or failed. I wish I could give you some positive encouragement, but good luck, I really hope you passed! ;)

i took the exam 4 times.. the 1st 3 stopped at 75 items and the last one w/c i took last wed stopped at 216..the nclex exam is very unpredictable
