120 questions .. don't know what to think!

Published

i took the NCLEX last friday and i'm waiting impatiently for the results. this is my second time around and the first time i had 180 questions. this time i got 120 questions so i'm scared that i didn't get either 75 or 265 questions. i had like 5-6 SATA's and about 3 math questions --> which i hear are below the line questions. help me help me what am i supposed to think?! hmph

hey! we both feel the same i'm almost insane thinking of my result. Took the test last friday and got all 265. Must see the result on wed.if I passed. I entrust everything to God. I don't know what to think right now.

I don't wanna try the trick because i'm scared.

Goodluck to us!

Just because you didn't stop at 75 questions doesn't mean that you failed. Did you try the pearson vue "trick"? Honestly, it takes away a lot of anxiety. I was very skeptical about it but it works! It took the ca brn 11 days to post my results!!! I took my test on the 10th and got about 90 questions, 10 sata, 12 meds, and 3 calculations. in kaplan my instructor told us that math was below passing, so i was really worried about passing. it took so long to release my results b/c the ca brn didn't have my ssn on file but once i gave it to them they posted my name and i passed.

Hey hang in there! Those worst part is over.... just stay confident and leave it in gods hands.

i haven't tried the pearson "trick" but i don't think that it should take too long. actually does the pearson trick apply to california? i should be able to check online by wednesday. gah. yeah, i took kaplan too and my instructor told us that it was below the line and that we better make sure to get them right. i'm sure that they were right at least because i double checked when i got home :D ahhhhhhhh waiting for it sucks. i'm just so worried. i know that two of my math questions were the same type so does that mean i got them wrong? i don't know what to think. it's just so annoying because i never want to go through this again. haha :heartbeat

Hey, you go, people! This may be 'way off the thread'...however, am just a fledgling former MA whose math stinks to high heaven...who is also scared spitless about a test BEFORE the NCLEX...please empathize and answer me, all you great achievers with NCLX...the NLN admissions test happens for me in December (for PN). Anyone gone through this? I've taken TEAS but barely passed 3 mos. ago and my school only cares about the score of NLN. NVR2LATE

i passed! i passed! i checked today and i passed! yayyyyyyy :nurse: i'm a registered nurse!
