Yes, it's possible to run out of time and still pass; if you search this site you will find several threads discussing this. Hukneeb is correct; the last 60 responses will be evaluated. You don't have to have answered all 60 correctly, but all of the last 60 responses have to be above the passing standard.

I just wonder if this correlates with the "on hold" status... perhaps they review it differently, and it takes longer?
