Did any of you actually have to show your Visa Screen Certificate to either:
a) Immigration at the border when you entered the country or
b) Your employer
???
Thanks.

I believe the visa screen certificate has to be shown at your interview with immigration. I know I have to take mine with me to the embassy and they do check it over

visa screen certificate is only needed during the actual interview for people who underwent consular process. but for AOS cases, you need to submit it during I-485 filing, otherwise US immigration would send you a request for your visa screen

you only show your visa screen certificate to the consul officer during the interview under consular processing.

Three different times, depending on the processing:
TN Visa that is obtained at the border for Canadians and Mexican RNs, they must produce a letter from the employer, as well as the Visa Screen Certificate.
For Consular Processing, it is with the interivew at the US Embassy.
For the Adjustment of Status, it should be with the I-485, or they will ask for it specifically in a letter and have a set time frame to produce it in.
Thanks!
