Has anyone been contacted for an interview at St. John's yet?

I have been contacted for an interview for tele/oncology night shift position at little company of mary torrance. It was a nice surprise!

Hi liljd, if you don't mind me asking, when did you submit your application? I'm trying to get an idea of if they are reviewing them all and calling as they go... I had an issue with getting my reference letters, so mine wasn't submitted until the 30th. Hoping the best for your interview!

Has anyone been contacted by Saint Joseph's, Holy Cross, or Saint John's?? Should we be calling them or are they going to be calling/emailing us?

I applied to four Providences (San Pedro, Torrance, Torrance hospice, and Santa Monica) and I got a call yesterday. At first the recruiter did a telephone interview, which lasted about 20 minutes. Afterwards, she scheduled me for an interview next week for the Medical/Surgical unit. I applied on May 23.

I submitted mine the moment the application was posted. I am not sure if it even makes a difference. I should also mention i am not a new grad, but would be new to specialty for oncology.

Hi Ashley_lei, that's awesome! Did you check your status prior to the call and did it change?? I'm wondering whether it's worth it to check the status or just to wait for them to call. I applied on the 15th, but updated my resume on the 22nd. I only applied to St. John's though. I wonder if they're interviewing people for St. John's. thanks!

I was wondering if anyones status says under review or something else besides "active" and" thank you we have received your submission"? I applied on the 31st and wondering if I applied too late?

I was constantly checking my status. My status for the San Pedro branch says: "Interview Step - Scheduled" while the other hospitals says: "Thank you for speaking with us!" I'm sure other hospital branches get through the applications on their own speed, but I'm sending good vibes your way!

I just got called to interview with St. Johns. It was a phone interview first and then she scheduled me in for ICU night shift. Good luck everyone else!
