Hi everyone! I'm interviewing on Friday for the Nursing Attendant position at NYP Columbia University Medical Center. Any insight as to the interview process, or the job itself? I chose the 3-11pm shift during the initial phone screening. Thanks! :)

Congrats! Which specialty were you placed in? I did, and my interviewer said to call back next week if I still don't hear.

Same here, but I had three questions... My last one was tell me about a time you worked as a team (or something along those lines). Have you heard back yet? I haven't ...

I'm also unclear as to when the program ends. My interviewer told me August, but no specific date!

Oh awesome! That's so exciting, congratulations to you í ½í¸Š but for housing I think your best bet is renting an apartment for the summer. It's three 12-hour shifts per week!

Hi! This is an extremely old thread... But could anyone give me some insight on interviews?! I'm interviewing at NYULMC for their externship program next week and I'd love to get the position. Do many people interview? Thanks!

Good question... I know they take about 50 in total, so many like 10-15 per specialty? That's my guess. I think 100-150 of us interviewed.

ME TOO! I'm trying not to thinking about it LOL.. Overall it was a great experience. Everyone was awesome and the beginning part definitely calmed my nerves, they were so sweet and reassuring. I hope all of us get a phone call, seriously crossing my fingers !!

How was everyone's interview!? Glad I met one of you that was SO funny. Mine was relatively short but I'm hoping it went well....
