  1. I still have no decision. I’ve been told my application is still under consideration. !!
  2. Has anybody actually heard a decision?
  3. Oh, I had reached out to admissions as there had been no word from them.
  4. Per admissions today: “We are working on decisions and we hope to have them within a week.”
  5. According to Nora, they’re thinking it will be closer to the middle/end of April before decisions go out. ?
  6. No updates on mine. It still says, “Submitted” with most of the documents that were submitted (and showing in the queue as having been submitted) listed as “not received”....
  7. Yeah. The whole waiting game is too much!
  8. The difficult part is those of us who had UW as our first choice, and receive an offer of admission elsewhere have to either choose to forego that offer and hope UW accepts us or give-up a deposit at another school after accepting, paying the deposit, then declining at a much later date. Not all of us are in Washington, and having to make plans to move to Seattle are both expensive and time consuming.
  9. Try reading this year’s MDE thread. There’s been an incredible boondoggle on that program and I imagine CUSON remains backlogged from that overload.
  10. I’m on my phone and can’t figure it out. ? https://m.facebook.com/groups/468742704279624/? give this a try?
  11. Hello! I'm in the Acute Care RN-DNP track. I created a facebook group for the class of 2024 today. If you or anybody else that you know would like to join it! "Seattle University DNP Class of 2024"
  12. For those who were waitlisted, I received the following from Simone Nelson. We aren’t actually going to be helped as promised. ——————————————————————— Thank you for your email. I am currently not meeting with people who have a spot on the waitlists. We usually see some significant movement on the waitlists between now and toward the end of Spring/first part of Summer. If a spot becomes available for you, you will be called and emailed immediately. If you have not been offered a spot in the program by the first week in June please reach out to me and I would love to set up an appointment to go over your application at that time. If you have any other questions please let me know. Stay safe and stay healthy. Best, Simone
  13. 14 admitted. 14 on the waitlist. 14 rejected. The email they sent telling people to apply again next year and to not expect any special treatment, etc., felt patronizing. I am waiting decisions on a few other schools, but, I’m going to go ahead and accept at SeattleU. It’ll be a fine school, and a good opportunity to get out of Alaska for a few years.
  14. I was waitlisted for the AGACNP at #8, which is basically a zero percent chance of admission...
  15. I’m not sure. A friend of mine who is on an admissions committee at another university said that it sometimes means those students whose portals aren’t updated immediately are waitlisted. It sure is nail bitingly frustrating. I just want to know whether I’ve been accepted or rejected and stop hanging in limbo.
  16. I am sorry you weren’t accepted. Was your portal updated with the status? If so, what did it say?
  17. This is what it looks like for those of us who haven’t heard. And, what I assume is those of us who are either waitlisted or rejected. If I’m not outright offered admission, I’ll accept somewhere else. UW was simply, by far, my first choice.
  18. Mine only says “submitted” ??‍♀️ Yeah! Congrats, Natalia!
  19. Per their admissions department, there were 41 applicants for the AGACNP program that I applied to. Historically, that’s an average number of applicants. Plus, they usually accept 15-25 students for those cohorts. *sigh* I guess it’s time to go home and bury myself in a snowbank until I receive the official rejection email.
  20. Oh wow! That’s super exciting! I wonder if they’re going down the list alphabetically? also—is your graduate portal updated?
  21. My refresh button wore itself out somehow today...
  22. From UW Admissions— “We are still on track for releasing admit decision first week of March and not before that.” I already have one acceptance at my second choice, so, I’m not biting my fingernails off, but, UW is my first choice school. Most acceptances come out this month, except Duke, which is not until April.
  23. When did you apply to Emory? First round or second round?
  24. I wonder when decisions will post? Historically, are they posted the first week of March toward the end of the week or the first of the week?
