  1. Hi! Would anyone who recently got accepted off the waitlist be able to share their GPA? I have a nervous friend who wants to get an idea of where he is on the waitlist. Much appreciated! Thanks :)
  2. Hi guys!! I just accepted my offer with a 3.6 GPA! Good luck to everyone waiting, and I hope to see you all in January!
  3. Hi there, were you told by an advisor that we would hear the results in June?
  4. Hi there! I'm a Langara student who just finished both A&P courses at VCC. From personal experience, I've taken A&P at both Langara and VCC and I would say that Langara has a large waitlist for new students trying to get into the course. In my opinion, definitely take it at VCC because course registration is a first come first serve basis. As I've also taken A&P at Langara, I found that when comparing the curriculums, it was much easier to achieve a higher grade at VCC (eg. grades are based on more than just labs/exams) While there are handful of good instructors at Langara, there are also a couple of "harder" ones you might want to avoid..
  5. Hey! Asking out of curiosity - what will be your GPA when you apply after this semester?
  6. Hey guys! Was just wondering what your GPAs were heading into the January 2017 intake. Do you think the average will drop significantly in comparison from last intake? (3.6-3.8 ) Thanks!!
  7. Did everyone receive an email saying they are on the "standby waitlist?"
  8. So all 80 spots have been given to applicants with at least a GPA of 3.8 and/or have a previous degree? That's ridiculous...
  9. Has anyone heard any news? I am honestly crazy at this point.
  10. Was your GPA exactly 3.4? Goodluck!!
