  1. Hello! I ended up retaking a class and improving my teas score, but I was accepted at 30 points, before I even got an update on my score! Best of luck to you and everyone still waiting to hear back!
  2. The Phil/bio/anthro, possibly others--can I PM you?
  3. Absolutely, do you have the books for first semester?
  4. Apparently wave 1 should be done by tomorrow, so I'll tell you not to stress--even though I am stressing!
  5. Hello! My adviser said the first wave should be out by Jan. 18th
  6. I spoke with my adviser a few weeks ago and she said that acceptance letters will begin for spring 2019 in the first week of September. It's getting close!
  7. Exactly, I have found that things always change or "go wrong", it is easier to just have a plan, stick to it, and try to forget the stress. Obstacles are a part of life and will occur, but keeping a positive perspective helps! At the moment I am not local, I am living in the Inland Empire, and I may have to commute the first semester, either from here to campus or from Los Angeles to campus (oh those obstacles)! And yes, if all goes well, we can definitely plan some trips. I am considering retaking my TEAS, in hopes to get a score of 34/35. Hopefully that will get me in for Spring.
  8. Hi rroxoxobr, yes, they accept a chemistry course that covers those three parts of chemistry. My class was "Introduction to General, Organic And Biochemistry."
  9. Hey Bruce, I tried getting in for Fall, but I was finishing my Chemistry prerequisite, so there were only a couple of spots left by the time CSUSM received my transcript--guess I will be rolling over for Spring! My main priority was getting in ASAP, but after some reflection, I really do like the idea of being on the main campus, especially because it is San Marcos. I am hoping for some future beach trips!
  10. I am curious, are any of you considering entering an Entry Level Masters Nursing program? If so, why are you choosing the ABSN?
  11. At the moment I have a 30. I'm going to retake the teas on Monday to try and boost it by a few points.
  12. That's good news! Mine told me it would be done next week, so there is so hope! It's unfortunate my last class grade wasn't available until the end of May, it makes getting into the program difficult for Fall.
  13. I spoke with my advisor and she said that if there are available spots, they'd be filled this week.
