Hi, we are currently taking Anthropology and Bioethics courses, which are asynchronous, so no Zoom sessions. Sometimes Bioethics Professor conducts exam consultations through Zoom. But that’s about it. I have heard that Nutrition is synchronous, meaning the instructor and students meet weekly around the same time. I’m not sure if it is held through zoom though. Both courses are reading heavy, but doable. Overall, I personally enjoy the first semester, although it is fully online.

I received it early March, applied after the deadline for Summer 2020. Got 42 points. Has anybody received any updates regarding the cohort 37? Will the classes be online or on campus? When is our orientation date? Thank you in advance.

Did anybody receive the email regarding Complio requirements? The email mentions that nursing students need to get their Complio ASAP. Does anybody know if that applies to ABSN cohort 37? I’m not sure what to think since we start in Fall.

They definitely accept Nutrition, but I don’t know about the rest. I would assume so, since they confirmed they would accept Nutrtion.

I agree. I accepted the admission into Summer cohort instead of Fall based on campus location. I live closer to Temecula. And now they are changing the campus again and delaying the start of the entire program.

Hi guys! Did anybody have a chance to confirm whether Summer 2020 cohort will be in Temecula? I haven’t received any email yet, just assumed that first semester for ABSN 37 would be held online. I truly don’t understand the reason for campus changes. They have already changed Fall 2020 Temecula cohort to San Marcos cohort and now Summer... It’s getting quite confusing.

Update on a Complio deadline. School of Nursing pushed back the deadline to 07/01/2020.

Thank you so much for the info. It makes sense. I don’t think it’s the best time to go out to public places such as doctor offices. I just saw the “conditional admission letter”, where it states that all the Complio requirements need to be completed within the next two weeks, and found it a bit confusing. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you? I look forward to meeting all of you guys once the program begins. WOW! I can imagine it must be very hard to do it in SF. Same thing in Temecula/Murrieta area right now. They are not doing any “elective procedures”. I’m just concerned about the deadline that csusm gives us to submit all the necessary documentation.
