  1. My DTI is 60%... I think that’s why I haven’t been chosen. How about you?
  2. This is my 4th time applying ?. I’m a FNP and work in facility with a rating of 18. Hoping I get through this year!! Has anyone received. Credit check yet? I haven’t. ????
  3. Anyone currently enrolled in or graduated from Chatham or NOVA's DNP program? Have any insight on either program? I know the part-time program at Chatham is 18 months and Nova's is 27 months but I want to know if an 18 month program is feasible with full-time work and 3 kids with lots of commitments.
  4. I have not received a credit check yet.... hoping this is my year!
  5. Do you have the website for this program? Thanks in advance.
  6. Mine still says 'under review', too!! Ugh
  7. You sound like a definite award receiver!!! Wish you luck!
  8. Nothing yet [emoji53]
  9. I uploaded my all my loans through the system but I don't know if I submitted a report. ****!
  10. Seems like most people have had a credit check... Hope this is indicative of a possibility of getting chosen. Praying for all of us
  11. I am a FNP and I work in neurosurgery. I think your nursing experience weighs heavily on where you get hired. At least it did in my case
  12. I am also a NP and this is also my 1st time applying. I was also curious if they look at your spouses income... They didn't ask for our W-2s so I don't know how they would have that info, right?
  13. Nothing yet... Trying to be patient
  14. This is a site you can search by your hospital address to get your score. HRSA - Find Shortage Areas by Address
  15. From other forums, I e heard we won't hear anything until August -Sept. Wish it was sooner!!
  16. My job allowed me to start without my license as Long as I had proof that I passed the exam. I received a printout the day of the exam that said I passed. I used that time to start my orientation period but I was only allowed to practice in the scope of a RN.
  17. So, what did they say to your counter offer?
  18. Thanks for all this information. Really hope we all receive rewards. Are you all NPs or RNs??
  19. Go for the NP position. I was in a very similar position as you a few months ago. I worked in my neuro/trauma ICU for 11 years and when I finished school, I had an option of taking a NP position with neurosurgery or taking a clinical Manager position. I am also a FNP. The manager was the easy choice cause I was already the relief charge for 4 years. But, like you, I wanted to practice what I went to school for. I finally decided to take the NP position in January. I am so happy with my decision. Being a Neurosurgical NP is so much easier than being a bedside RN. We kill ourselves at the bedside. I'm really happy with my decision. I think you will be too!
  20. Interesting.... How many years have you applied?
  21. Thanks! Hoping for good things for us all!
  22. Did you already receive one?
  23. Yes, my hospital pays about $37/ HR for per diem. But you don't get differentials with per diem.
