Would you call in sick?
Yes I would. I rented a spare room to a travel nurse for a couple hundred bucks a month (same as gas $). Well-worth the safety at work after nights 1 and 2 then straight home after night 3. No immediate relocation was needed.

Corporate took over my facility...
Staffing rates as mentioned here may seem average. I found in recent years that CNA's, STNA's, or Nursing Asst's would get assignments until 30" into shift one is pulled without communication. You mentioned Unit Secretary pulled frequently and Restorative, Risk Mgmt, and other Resident Care functions cut. All these factors lead to burnout and reduced work-life balance. The best way of furthering education may be a Master's Degree to be successful and satisfied by your career. Best wishes with a suitable study track in your future!

Overworked Home health RN
They were previously known as Gentiva. It seemed like the case load was balanced and they were pleasant with family member.

Doing follow up visits with no clear orders?
This happens more frequently than anyone would think. Sometimes a Care Plan is in progress, yet the PCA or Aide is not left with any directives. At best, either the office gives verbally or family is present and explains what the nurse or case manager is including in care plans. Never does a caregiver go in without first getting report.

Scheduling nurses to work as CNAs?
The pay needs to come up to speed. People are also getting burned out from working short for the first eight hours.

No you would need to be notified if a facility were taking adverse action against your certificate, so it would not be a surprise. Just call Prometric and let them know you are a Licensed Nurse.
