UCSF MEPN 2019
Hi all, I’m a 2016 MEPN, graduating in June from the FNP specialty. I came here to check if anyone has heard back because an incoming student I helped in the journey is just as nervous as you all are (and as I was 3 years ago). Reading these posts brings back exciting/nerve wracking memories. I was in the second batch of interviews on Jan 29, 2016. I received my email of application status change on Feb 12th. It was a two week turn around, notification received on a Friday. It’s likely the same time frame for you all. Enjoy your Valentine’s Day and don’t check your emails (easier said than done but you will more than likely not receive notifications tomorrow). Do something loving and good for YOU! You’ve come so far, you deserve the same care you look forward to giving to others. Be well future colleagues!

No NCLEX-RN results yet, but got the "good pop up"
Hello everyone! I took NCLEX-RN this past Thrusday at 8am. I used UWorld and Saunders and only focused on Uworld once I received my ATT two weeks before my exam. I prayed for a sense of calm leading up to the test because I have HORRIBLE generalized anxiety and of course God provided. I felt good and calm throughout the test. I finished my exam in 75 Qs, 24 SATA, two ordered response, 1 math, and almost all of the rest were priority questions. I did the PVT as soon as I got to my car and got my phone... good pop up! I have been doing it all weekend and even put in my correct card info with the same result. I still have not seen my name on BRN yet and Cali doesn't have quick results. I know people typically hear back in 48 hours, but how long did you wait to finally see your name posted on the BRN for your state when the 48 hours were exceeded? Has anyone failed when receiving the "good pop up"? I'm trying to focus on that sense of calm... just have this lingering choking feeling as well.

Oh no! I received a message that I can't reply to your PM. If you send me you email, I can offer feedback that way if you'd like.

UCSF MEPN 2016
Hi PPMM! I have also been following this forum since around October/November. I was accepted into the FNP specialty. I'm sorry to hear you were not accepted this time around but I'm excited for you for next year! I'd love to chat!

University of Rochester ABPNN May 2016
Thank you so much! I applied for the Pediatric Specialty but since I was accepted for the Bachelors program, I will be in the generalist, 1st year only program with no specialty.

University of Rochester ABPNN May 2016
I just received the call that I have been accepted into the accelerated Bachelors program! I applied for the masters program but I know I have a chance to continue upon completion of the first year. Does anyone know how that process works, if I'd have to submit an application another round for the two year master portion?

Western University of Health Science MSN Entry Level 2016
Has anyone heard anything regarding one of the February interview dates? I applied a month before the deadline and I have not received anything yet.

Western University of Health Science MSN Entry Level 2016
I still haven't received the email that some applicants received saying their file is ready for review. I submitted my application about a month early because of the original deadline before the extension. I'm a bit nervous now. Did you guys receive that email around the time of receiving the invitation to interview?

I was invited to first the Bachelors portion and I will hear something within the next 2-3 weeks regarding whether I was invited to interview to the Masters portion. Have you received a call or interviewed yet?

I was invited to have a phone interview for the accelerated masters program and I am so excited! However, I'm nervous because I was out of the country with no phone access and I'm afraid I missed my opportunity to interview. Has anyone else conducted the phone interview yet? How did it go and what types of questions dos they ask?

Johns Hopkins University Masters Entry into Nursing Spring 2016
I originally planned to apply for the Fall 2016 cohort, however, I received an email yesterday stating applications are still open for Spring entry. With acceptance not out yet, does this mean that admissions still have seats to fill for Spring 2016? I don't know if it's worth it to submit my application earlier if seats have been filled already.
