  1. My application is still in review, I wonder if I should call and ask to revoke my application? Congrats to everyone who got in!
  2. From what I have heard, there really isn't any financial aid or loan package, just what you can get from FAFSA. The rest is private loans.
  3. Has anyone else heard anything yet!?
  4. Thank you for your response! Unfortunately I can't justify the cost of QU, for me it's not worth it because I applied and got into a school that's a little cheaper (Estimated cost of attendance including all housing, books, and supplies is cheaper than just the tuition for Quinnipiac). I think ultimately a BSN is a BSN no matter where it's from (as long as it's not online!)
  5. Understandable! But don't give up hope yet, I remember in the thread about last years acceptances, they sent out letters to the first group and then more after the deposit date once people denied their spot.
  6. They may have been waiting to send out further letters until they get all of our admissions deposits and acceptances. Then they know how many more people they can accept and start to form a waitlist? You could also call or e-mail Cynthia and inquire if your letters were sent, since the deposit is due on the 11th.
  7. How is everyone planning on paying for school? I know that with the second bachelors there are limited financial resources available. I'd love to go to QU but the finances seem hard to get in order.
  8. I'm taking my name off the waitlist because I got accepted to UMass! Don't know if that will help anyone else on the list, but hopefully it does!
  9. Has anyone heard anything yet? I got into UMass Amherst and the cost of that program is significantly lower so I think I'm going to go that route. Still would like to hear back from QU though :)
  10. Hi everyone! I got accepted for 2016 and I was just wondering if someone could answer a question for me! the scrub store near my house is closing and having a huge liquidation sale, I was thinking I would take advantage of that- but I wasn't sure if it was necessary to buy the scrubs required from the school. If we don't have to buy them from the school, what kind are required and how many would you guys recommend buying? I Know they'll go over all this at orientation, but that store has 60-80% off everything so I figured that would be great if I could just get that stuff bought :)
  11. There is a group titled that with I think two members, I left t because I wasn't sure it was the right one but that Kasia person made it so maybe you guys should try to join that one? Still waiting on my letter :/
  12. Are you "KasiaJL" on Facebook??
  13. AllyLyn, that didn't work! I found it by searching for it though, I joined even though I haven't gotten my acceptance letter yet- only because I'm not confident I'd be able to find the group again lol
  14. For those of you accepted, will you share your GPA/volunteer experience etc?
