I agree with FullGlass’s comment. I would suggest spend the money for an out of network provider who is not obliged to tow the company line. Take of yourself and family first. Life is short and work will replace you the same day you drop.

I listened to the "apology" today. It wasn't an apology. Telling nurses they "misconstrued" or weren't listening is not an apology. Since it's been said many times that we nurses "eat our young" did they really think we wouldn't get upset with them?
