I'm starting orientation on Sept 17th

Do you just buy any navy blue scrubs or are there certain requirements?

Do they explain the healthcare benefits details during the onboarding appt? Do they provide scrubs or do I have to buy them myself?

I accepted a position at BUMCP last Friday. I was curious as to when I would receive on-boarding information so I can plan my schedule. I'm out of state, so my situation is somewhat more difficult.

I have applied to Banner's new grad program recently and keep not getting selected for even an interview. I have my BSN and AZ RN license. Is there something I am doing wrong?

I'm from California, but I applied to the Arizona Board for my license, since I will be moving there.

I just found out I passed in 75. I didnt do the PVT, but the Board of nursing posted my license 12 hrs after I took the test.

I just took my NCLEX today. Does everyone feel like they fail? Because, thats how I felt walking out of there.

Thanks for sharing. I've been scoring in the mids 70- low 80s and also took the assessment, which placed in the "very high" category. I was just nervous that I needed to be scoring like in the 90s. Thank you

I'm taking mine July 12. I used uworld as well. The nerves are definitely kicking in.

Can you apply for their new grad openings only when you either have a nclex test date or license already?

Also GypsySoul, did you find it any more difficult obtaining a job at banner due to not being from the area?

California is just way too expensive to live and it is highly competitive for new grad jobs. I will be applying to Banner after I graduate in May and closer to NCELX. Did they have any pediatric positions open?

Hello! I am not completely familiar with the AZ BRN due to being from California. I believe I have all the materials needed to apply for the license by exam application. I graduate in May. When do I send in my packet? Is there a specific date? Thank you!
