Hey all- Just have a couple of questions! I just got the call to start in Fall! 1. I have to order my uniform online and don't get to do a fitting. I was hoping that some of you had comments about how the uniforms fitted (ran small, large, true to size, etc.) 2. Also, do we wear these uniforms to class lectures? Or do we wear appropriate personal clothing to lectures? (Trying to see how many I need to order). 3. For the blood titers....I got mine done a year ago. I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not these would be sufficient for immunizations or if they need titers done more recently? 4. ATI books in our packet say the purchase price is $640.00 but my total was $611.00. Was this the same for everyone else? Any help would be great!

Does anyone know what is going on with the Qualified Applicant list? I tried going to the nursing homepage and nothing is different...

ae1021 I hope so! Waiting a week to see if we are qualified is going to be hard...but 2 weeks to see if we are picked in lottery?! .... One day feels like a week

Los Medanos College - Nursing Programs This is where I read about the random selection process for 2015 I also applied to 2 other JC's for ADN. I am on the alternate (waitlist) for San Joaquin.

Hey all! Just curious for some input....want to make sure I am understanding LMC's acceptance procedure. It says online that May 15th is the date in which the Qualified Applicants List comes out and the 28th is the day that the Random Selection results come out. Does this mean that the 15th will simply tell us who will be entered in the lottery for the 28th? Want to make sure that if I see my name on the list for the 15th I don't get too excitied lol

Hey all! I applied for Fall 2015 and I have been given alternate #11. I was curious if anyone knows how this works... Do they call you or email? Do you have a certain amount of time to get back to them? Or if they call and you miss it they move on to the next? Any information would be helpful :) PS congrats to those who got in!!
