  1. Then you haven't really read the comments.
  2. I don't understand why you had to be "snot" when all I was giving was information about how long I had been working. I came here to ask a question and not to be talked down to. I understand why people are afraid to ask questions on here now.
  3. I've been working for 6 months at a hospital.
  4. I really want to do travel nursing - it's what I've always wanted to do. Is there a company that will allow new nurses to do so?
  5. What is an exhibit question?
  6. At the school I just graduated from you had to make an 80% in order to make it. It started out at 78 my first semester and they decided it wasn't strict enough so they bumped it up 2 points. We also had to score a certain percentage on KAPLAN in order to make it and that was a 65%. Anyone who has taken KAPLAN knows how hard that score is to achieve.
  7. Thank you, guys! I'm just a bundle of nerves I guess! I've been studying like no other but I don't really want to overdo it either.
  8. I'm sorry, but I just graduated the ADN program at my school and my entire class had to teach THEMSELVES the whole second year. We only had class around 2-3 times in the course of a YEAR! That is the teacher's fault. You may be a good teacher, but I don't know you. I do know that the teachers I had for my LAST year were terrible and don't deserve that title!
  9. To be honest, that is a horrible thing to even say! I passed every test, but some didn't and I know those people would make great nurses and they did end up graduating! I know you say that we could kill a patient...Yes, we could and so could you. According to you, if you don't make 100% on every single thing that you do throughout nursing school then you don't have what it takes and I highly doubt that there would be any nurses. I really hope you change your attitude because you would be the nurse I requested NOT to work with! You have to remember that WE are all equal. WE are all human. WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES...
  10. I just graduated - we started out with 30 and only 10 of us made it through. It has to be something you really want and you must take it seriously or you will not make it! Don't give up though! Just be one of the ones who is determined to make it! :)
  11. I graduated from a technical college and will be getting my BSN this fall from a big university. I didn't have to take extra classes or anything.
  12. You are not being irrational...NURSING SCHOOL IS HARD! But, if you really want it then you can get through it! Trust me...I just graduated and I'm about to take my NCLEX. I can't tell you the amount of times I wanted to give up and what all I have went through, but it was worth it!
  13. I scored a 73.3 on the readiness
  14. Okay, so I am freaking out! I take my NCLEX on June 15th and so far these are my Kaplan scores: Qbank with 100% of the questions completed: 55% QT1: 57.3 QT2: 58.7 QT3: 45.0 QT4: 53.3 QT5: 53.3 Diagnostic: 51.1 taken before any of the trainers Saving QT 6 and 7 for next week. What should I do? Are my scores good enough to pass? Should I reschedule?
