What does it mean if the status is requirement check?

CRNA admission
Has anyone applied for a CRNA program and received an email offer to start the program earlier? For example, applying for class of 2019 but getting offered a seat for class of 2018?

It's technically 7pm in Baltimore already? Do they make calls this late or have they already called all the people that have gotten in?? I've waited all day and it's getting late. Anyone know if it's possible that people can still get calls this week besides Monday?

The other two posters didn't receive calls until later in the day, so I'm still hopeful too :)

SMU's 2016 program
Just received my rejection letter today. Kind of expected as I only have 2 years of ICU experience. Best of luck to whomever is still awaiting a reply!

SMU's 2016 program
My stats aren't very good! I've been out of school for 4 years with my BSN then. Been trying to get into a biochemistry course but they're requiring me to retake all the chemistry courses. GPA 3.4. Not CCRN certified but plan to take it soon. Just applied to get my foot in the door and begin the application processes. What about you?

Suggestions for a Nursing Student/Question about Programs
I think I read in other posts that you're currently in SMU program? I just applied for SMU's 2016 program. Can you give me some insight to their program? 1. Do you get good support from the school and staff? I've heard some bad reviews regarding school/instructor support. 2. Do most students feel prepared before they graduate to practice on their own? 3. Do you get enough variety of cases at your clinicals? I've been thinking of CRNA since nursing school. Didn't land in an ICU setting right away but have worked my way up to almost 2 years in a neuro-icu. However, with almost 4 years of nursing experience (almost 2yrs ICU) under my belt, I still feel like I'm not prepared for CRNA school. I'm doubting that I won't know as much as I should? Is that a typical feeling for most students?

CRNA Board Pass Rates?
Are CRNA boards comparable to the NCLEX? Is it multiple choice? Text book questions or clinical practice applications?

I need some advice.
Some hospitals offer ICU residency programs. Unfortunately I didn't go that route, started on an orthopedic unit, telemetry unit, and now coming up 2 years on an ICU. I've just started applying for programs. I knew I wanted to be a CRNA in nursing school but just couldn't land a job in the ICU. If not an ICU, go for a telemetry unit as it is easier to transition into an ICU.
