Forgot to mention that the TGH position is a 12 month internship rotating to different floors until you find one that fits with an opening while St. Joe's is 12 weeks with the hope that you stay on the 1st floor that you are assigned, but you can ask to move if you are not a good fit.

Tampa General and St. Joseph's have strong reputations in Tampa. I can't give you more specifics because I have not started working as of yet and am pondering offers from both of these hospitals for acute care.
