Did you go to Concorde???

I have just been taking prerequisites towards RN. I have been also taking prerequisites towards LPN at Emily Griffith because it's nationally accredited and has ACEN APPROVAL!! Plus it's just under $11k and Concorde is $28k I believe. The only downside to Emily is you have to wait till August to start core LPN Program but Concorde starts I think every few months. Also someone said they are bringing back RN Program at Concorde... So I would call both schools to get options. I hope this helps!!

I would love to go to Emily, but its always full its extremely competitive .. UGH I just really don't want to wait anymore to finish the ADN before getting into the field. When you did you BSN did you have to take a bunch on prereq's since Concorde is only Regionally accredited. Not ACEN . I'm jus trying to make the right decision I just know I don't want to be a CNA much longer its hard work and its only paying me $13.22 unless I work weekends or nights I get a little more. I also don't want to stop at LPN so need to make sure its not to crazy to get into programs. AWESOME FOR you getting your MSN!!!! That's Amazing!! I want to do that as well but it seems so far away and I'm already 45. Thank you for your time and information its truly appreciated

Awesome Thank you for the info!!! I have been thinking of the LPN program at Concorde but nervous on the cost and then they lost the RN program but are working on getting it back. My ultimate goal is to work on a Med/Surg floor probably. So I really want to go to hospital setting and do 3 12's ! Is it possible do you know to do 12hr shifts as an LPN?? Concorde's cost for LPN just went up the advisor told me its now $29K!!!! I see PIMA Medical Institute is starting LPN this Dec for $25K

I was thinking of Concorde in Denver, but I know I want to continue on to my ADN and possibly BSN. I was curious have you done that?? OR have you looked into it and It is not hard to do?? I just don't want to have to recreate the wheel when I go back for RN. Also was it to hard to work during the school?

I was looking to start in July so I can get started in the field since I'm 45 don't want to wait forever. I do want to also continue on to BSN but haven't seen any Bridge programs in Denver anyone know of any??

You still looking at Concorde?? I'm just finishing up my CNA and was thinking of getting ready to take their entrance test HESI in a few weeks then decide if I can get enough Free Money with Financial Aid so its not so pricy. it $26 or $27K for only LPN.

Is anyone looking to go to Concorde in Denver in July 2017?? I have goals to be a BSN and possibly MSN, but I just lost my fulltime job. So with that being said I want to start my nursing career very soon since I'm 44!! . Do you think its possible to go to Concorde for LPN and keep adding on to my degree? Thanks Everyone Ryan

They no longer have an ADN program just LPN. I'm in CNA Class now. Looking at going to get EKG CERTIFICATION and phlebotomy to add to resume. I heard it's hard to work and do nursing school.

I think just scared that you may not get a good enough job to pay the $20 k got the school
