That is a concern. He does need SOMEONE with him at all times. With all of the cut backs in healthcare in general, I worry that nursing hours could be decreased. This has not been implied in any way.

In my patients case he (and his brother) are in an online home school and grandma is the learning coach. Sometimes she is unable to be in the room.

So far, sit with him during on-line classes and ? guess how he is responding to the teachers questions. He is non-verbal but does answer questions SOMETIMES by moving his tongue or feet.
