If you haven't gotten one by now it is usually because you maybe a possible candidate that may be offered a position if someone denies an offer. This happened to a friend of mine.

The OR residency was cancelled... That's why your status says withdraw. Stinks because I heard people interviewed.

I feel that there is more to it then STATs. I honestly think it's about timing and what unit managers are looking for and how they think the candidate will perform and/or mesh with the existing staff and/or unit. It's a combination of possible life experience, hospital/medical experience and education experience. Just my two cents! Good luck to all!!!

Keep.hope.alive: they told me they had interviews until the end of May. Mine was on the 29th so they had a few more left. They told me I would know by this week or by the end of next week the latest depending on HR and possible vacations. I am too!!!! Did they happen to tell you how many they are hiring?

I applied last cohort and if they are not interested or the positions have been filled, majority of the time, is when your status will change. Until that occurs nothing will happen....

Congrats on your interview!!!! I had a tour of 8ICU right after my interview. The woman who gave the tour was the assistant director and was very knowledgable and charismatic!! It went really well! She spoke a little about the education we would receive as new grads and answered any questions! It was great!
