  1. True. I had to retake A/P1 because I changed colleges. I had Auchincloss better experience at Nctc!
  2. By the way, I keep seeing ads posted within some of my postings. I do not endorse any of these products and I feel it is an infringement on my postings. Is anyone else noticing this as well?
  3. Yes, I filled out my application and figured out my points based on my transcripts from all colleges attended. I gave my appl w/trnscpts when I handed it in. My degree audit has not been finished yet so I calculated it based on that.
  4. I put in for 2 separate degree audits and have received nothing back yet. After applying yesterday the secretary said it can take 6-8 weeks. Really! I think you have to keep up on top of this process as the ball could very easily be dropped. Self preservation if you want to think of it that way. I'm sure we have all worked long and hard so I'm not taking any chances.
  5. Would like to know what the schedule would be for the Weekend Program. If someone attending this program would be kind enough to share that info with me, or where I can find it I would greatly appreciate it Thanks!
  6. Does that include the Wknd program as well?
  7. Has anyone started a page for Fall 2014 NCTC LVN for Corinth?
  8. Yes, I can totally relate. I'm having to lower my standard just to get my foot in the door. I know you do not feel like trying anymore. It's been the worst experience being rejected (yes, I received 2 rejections this semester) so I'm taking an Lvn spot and moving forward. Please know that there are others who feel your disappointment too, I'm truly sorry. Take some time off and away. Focus on something that makes you happy for awhile so you can recharge your happiness and your confidence. Will be thinking of you and know at your lowest point, right around the corner will be some new options.
  9. I will be applying to NCTC as well for ADN. Is the Kaplan harder then the Teas V test?
  10. That is good to hear. Waiting on my confirmation letter to arrive. I am also trying for RN on May 1st as well. I agree just keep one foot in the door! Look forward to meeting you all too.
  11. Looks like I am on the waiting list for Corinth for Fall LVN 2014. Good Luck to everyone who is in the upcoming classes.
  12. Would anyone like to start a new topic NCTC LVN Fall 2014?
  13. Congratulations to you all!! I received an email earlier today and I am on the wait list for Corinth. Either way, I will be attending LVN starting at Gainesville there is a possibility of a transfer for the second semester to Corinth, if something should open by July. If an opening is available, then I may be able to transfer. I am really excited to be accepted. Looking forward to meeting everyone. If you would like, I can start a FB pg.
  14. If the letters are mailed out on the 15th as was originally suggested then we should know for sure by next Friday. I am really hoping for Corinth but willing to go to GNVL camp. I would be so excited to make it in either way. By the way, does anyone know anything about Health Studies and what you can do with that degree. I guess that would be my new backup.
  15. Think they changed their acceptance policy for future applicants.
