I am so very happy/excited for you! I am truly looking forward to getting into the travel bit. 1 more year then I will have an empty nest. How was your transition from the clinic side of fresenius to the travel side? I see you mentioned the benefits were about the same which is a big plus for me. I'm about to start working for Frensius locally and was thinking of going the travel route once I have an empty nest which will be soon. ( Hurray for me) how long have you been traveling? What do you like best/hate the most?

Thank you all for this post. As a recent Grad, I too was considering the continuous care route. My Mom passed away in 2007 from pancreatic cancer. Her hospice nurse was the greatest. Very compassionate and professional, yet real enough to tell me that if I didnt get myself into nursing school she'd kick my but all over town! LOL I should have listened to her then. But here I am 7 years later almost 8 years later as a new Nurse. I think I know where my calling lies.

Does anyone know if Angelo State University in TEXAS still has its LVN to RN transition program? When I click the link on its website, it goes to an empty page. Im looking to go from LVN to RN online. Any help is appreciated!
